Regulations
1. By opening and using the website www.my-lamination.lv, the user confirms that he has read these Terms, understands and agrees to comply with them without restrictions or conditions.
2. These Terms determine the purchase of Goods in the Internet Store by making purchases on the Website, as well as determine the legal relationship between the Seller and the Buyer.
3. The rules have been developed and the legal relations between the Seller and the Buyer are regulated in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
4. The seller has the right to change these Terms at any time. Amendments and additions to the Terms can be found on the website. Amendments or additions to the Terms come into force on the day they are published on the website, unless the Terms provide otherwise.
5. If the Seller has amended or supplemented the Terms, then the previously placed Order is fulfilled and the Goods are delivered according to the Terms that were in effect on the day the Buyer placed the Order and received the Order confirmation.
6. The Seller has the right to change the prices of the Goods at any time (in accordance with the legislation), except if the Regulations stipulate otherwise. At the time when the Buyer places the Order, the Buyer can rely on the prices of the Goods indicated on the Website, however, if the prices of the Goods have changed between the placing of the Order and the payment, the Buyer will be bound by such Goods prices as the system will display in the Order.
7. By confirming and paying for the Order, the Buyer clearly and unequivocally confirms that he has agreed to enter into and concludes a Distance Agreement with the Seller, in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Latvia. The buyer undertakes to fulfill the obligations of the Distance Agreement and certifies that he is an able-bodied natural person or legal entity.
8. The distance contract is valid until full fulfillment of the obligations of the contracting parties.

SHIPPING
1. Processing of the ordered goods takes place within 10 days.
If you place an order outside business hours: the order will be processed during store hours. An invoice for the purchase is sent to the buyer's email address provided at the time of purchase. Orders are not processed on official National Holidays.

2. At the time of purchase, in the "section of my basket", you will have the opportunity to choose one of the options for receiving the goods: receiving the goods on site at the office, Lacplesa 27-9, Riga or delivering the goods to your chosen omnivas parcel. Orders outside of Latvia are delivered via omnivas parcels (if possible) or postal services.
3. The Seller ships the goods within 1-2 working days from the moment the Seller receives payment for the order in his bank account.
4. In urgent cases, if the Buyer needs to send the goods faster or receive them on site at the office, Blaumaņa street 5a, the Buyer informs the Seller about this in time in order to agree on the possibilities of faster order processing.
5. Delivery costs depend on the type of delivery chosen by the Buyer, - delivery using omniva parcel, price - 3.50 EUR.
6. In cases where the Buyer wishes to receive the order using another delivery method, the Buyer must coordinate this with the Seller.
7. In cases where the shipment of the products was delayed, the Seller immediately informs the Buyer about the delay in the delivery of the order.
8. The Seller does not take responsibility for the delay in the delivery of the goods, which is related to the delay of the delivery service provider chosen by the Buyer.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
1. All customer personal data, when visiting the Internet store and paying for the Goods, are considered confidential information that will not be passed on to third parties. Data processing ensures the security of the customer's personal data and bank payment details.
2. Before placing the Order, the Buyer undertakes to provide the Seller with the legal basis for processing the personal data of the Recipient of the Order, for receiving the Goods ordered in the Internet store.
3. The registered user undertakes to timely change and supplement personal information for personal identification and communication in the My Profile section of the website.
4. The seller has the right to process the customer's personal data, as far as it is necessary for the fulfillment of these Terms, maintenance and operation of the processing system, as well as for the fulfillment of binding provisions and requirements of the law and supervisory and control authorities.
5. The Seller and the Courier have the right to mutually transfer the personal data of the Buyer and the Recipient, as much as it is necessary for the fulfillment of the Orders placed by the Buyer in the Internet Store and these Terms. The transfer of personal data of the Buyer and Recipient for processing to third parties for commercial purposes is not allowed.
6. The company takes all possible security measures (including administrative, technical and physical) to protect the client's personal data. Access to data processing and modification functions is limited to authorized persons.
7. The data processor is the personal data controller. Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, therefore our company transfers the personal data necessary for payment processing to the platform owner Maksekeskus AS.
PROTECTION AND SECURITY OF CUSTOMER PERSONAL DATA
1. In order to protect the client's interests, the Seller provides:
(1) fair and legal processing of personal data;
(2) personal data processing only in accordance with the stated purpose and to the necessary extent;
(3) accurate processing of personal data and their timely updating, correction or deletion if personal data is incomplete or inaccurate.
2. The customer has the right to reasonably request that his personal data be supplemented, corrected, as well as that the processing of personal data be terminated or the data be deleted if it is outdated, incomplete, false, illegally processed or no longer corresponds to the originally mentioned purpose of data processing.
3. SIA LR Beauty confirms that the information and personal data that you have submitted in connection with placing your order on the www.my-lamination.lv website will be collected, processed and stored in accordance with the requirements of European Union regulations regarding the protection of personal data.
4. By submitting your data, you agree that the data is processed and stored for the entire period of data processing indicated here, as well as in the cases specified in the laws and regulations, after the initial data processing, for as long as it would be necessary.
5. The collected data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the accounting company that issues invoices for the goods bill of lading, processes them and stores them in accordance with the provisions of MK No. 268 for five years, if this is necessary for the purposes of data processing specified here, or if such an obligation is imposed by regulatory acts.
6. You have the right at any time to request the restoration of your data, information about the use of your personal data, as well as to request the deletion of your data.
